Henry Kissinger on the NIE

A good read over at the Washington Post from Henry Kissinger regarding the NIE. He certainly gleaned a whole lot more out of it that than I could've gleaned. A great read called Misreading the Iran Report
  • The extraordinary spectacle of the president's national security adviser obliged to defend the president's Iran policy against a National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) raises two core issues: How are we now to judge the nuclear threat posed by Iran? How are we to judge the intelligence community's relationship with the White House and the rest of the government?

And what do you think of Obadiah Shoher's arguments against the peace process ( samsonblinded.org/blog/we-need-a-respite-from-peace.htm )?

I think Israel needs to watch what it gives away in the name of peace. Past history indicates peace will not be bought by giving away land. They will just ask for more.
