The Colorado shootings
The tragedy over the weekend at a couple of churches in Colorado ended when the gunman was shot by a church security guard. If the security guard hadn't been carrying a weapon, hundreds more might have been killed. The gunman was carrying 1,000 rounds when he entered the church. The security guard is Jeanne Assam and Denver's channel 7 has the story complete with video of her press conference.
